Dana oversees the overall operations and human resources of Lord & Lasker. She has a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of South Florida. She enjoys travel, horseback riding, crocheting, gardening, reading, cooking and a good movie.
Q: What got you into this business in the first place?
A: My love of math and numbers and my husband.
Q: Who was a big influence in your career?
A: My parents. Dad is retired military. Upon retiring he opened his own business and my mother did the books. I started helping out in the business at a young age. After a few years of marriage my husband wanted to start an advertising agency so I volunteered to take on the accounting.
Q: What's your favorite sports team?
A: Notre Dame and any equestrian event!
Q: What frustrates you the most?
A: My eyesight! I had to start wearing glasses to read about 5 years ago to see up close. The big day came when I finally had to admit that I could not read my watch.
